I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a certificate of title for the applicant named below, pursuant to section 20 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.
Such certificate of title may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged with me on or before the 1st day of March 2001.
Application 5792 by Margaret Lutyens, Claire Bleakley, David McLeod, Jonathan Turville, John Wilson and Alexandra Lutyens for an estate in fee-simple in 2560 square metres, more or less, being part Old Bed of the Owahanga Stream and shown as Lot 2 on a plan lodged for deposit under No. 89479.
The adjoining land, with rights to the centre-line of the then river, was originally granted in 1862 to Thomas Roberts in Crown Grant 11/108.
