The undermentioned person has applied under the Joint Family Homes Act 1964 to register as a joint family home the land described below.
The land will be registered accordingly unless a caveat forbidding the granting of the application is lodged with me under that Act at the Land Information New Zealand Office at Wellington before the 13th day of December 2001, by some person claiming either to be a creditor of the applicant or to have some estate or interest in the said land.
JFH Application No. 5076045.1 in the name of Anne Catherine Smylie and Aaron Stephen Smylie affecting all that parcel of land situated at 46 Main Street, Greytown, containing 1110 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 90748 comprised in certificate of title WN58C/336, Land Registration District of Wellington.
