44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the certificate of title 65C/586 for the registration of a transfer and cancellation of unit plan S. 81048 from Robert David George Monk and Nole Elaine Monk to Golden Dynasty Developments Limited, lodged under B. 672301.3 and B. 672301.9.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
