44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of C.T. 2C/1276 and C.T. 7B/498 for the discharge of mortgage C224, transfer of part C.T. 2C/1276, order for new titles, C321, consent notice, easement certificate from Richmond Thomas Sutton and Cynthia Dorothy Joy Sutton to Ian Barry Reade and Mary-Jane Reade, lodged under 5066094, Land Registration District of Nelson.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
