Pursuant to section 121 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of application 5056198.1 for notification on the Register of the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises, pursuant to memorandum of lease 379885.4 between Wallace Lancelot Cate, Neville Petrie Fagerlund and Anthony Richard Cottrell as lessor and Buller Bridge Motels (1996) Limited as lessee (certificates of title 3C/1019, 3C/1020, 13A/780 and 6A/949 Land Registration District of Nelson).
This notice expires on the 17th day of September 2001.
