Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Frederick Hendrik
de Fluiter and Johannes Josef Houthuyzen to notify the determination of a drainage easement over part of the land in certificate of title 30A/102 created by transfer 274989 upon the Register.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the application No. B. 651631.1 and to notify the determination of the drainage easement upon the Register after the 12th day of September 2001.
