44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the certificate of title for the registration
of a transfer power of sale from The National Bank of
New Zealand as mortgagee, under mortgage B. 494209.3, to Stephen Leslie Aldridge, Kathleen Margaret Aldridge and Nicholas Raymond Scott, lodged under B. 666604.3.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
