44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of certificates of title 42D/151, 42D/152, 45D/153, 45D/154, 45D/155, 45D/156, 58B/135 and 58B/136 for the registration of an order for 2 new certificates of title in the names of Colin Wilfred Cook and Beverley Irene Cook, lodged under B. 835471.2.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above documents upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
