44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of mortgage 381854.1 for the registration of a change of name of the mortgagee from Allied Mortgage Nominees Limited to SBSA (NZ) Branch Holdings Limited (in liquidation), lodged under B. 832787.1.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
