Notice of Application for Removal of Easement

I give notice of Application B. 830340.1 lodged with me under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a water pipe easement created by Transfer 83933 in the Martinborough District.
The easement described below will be removed from the certificates of title of the applicants named below unless a caveat is lodged with me on or before the 21st day of June 2001.
The applicants are applying for removal of the easement on the basis that it is no longer being used by the grantee, George Pain, or by those entitled to his estate. George Pain died on the 20th day of January 1937.
Hugh MacKay originally granted the easement over the land in certificate of title 206/107 in favour of George Pain in Transfer 83933 on the 31st day of January 1912.
The land, over which the easement runs, now forms part of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 14 on Deposited Plan 84859 and is held in certificates of title 52B/618-628.
The applicants, being the current registered proprietors of those lands, are respectively C. Eagan, E. D. Procter and
R. D. Peterson, M. H. Lacey, Wells Investments Limited,
J. F. and N. A. Egerton, Il Falcone Investments Limited, The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited, I. M. and R. B. Lockie, P. K. and T. A. Keenan and N. E. Gray, and
B. and J. M. Shallard and J. E. Fokerd.
