44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of lease 873453.1 for the registration of surrender of lease B. 813785.2 from The Wanganui District Council to Her Majesty the Queen for Railway Purposes lodged under B. 813785.1.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
