44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the lease H. 730852 for the registration
of a surrender of the aforementioned lease from the
New Zealand Co-Operative Dairy Company Limited to Anchor Products Limited, lodged under B. 654863.2.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
