44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the certificates of title 16B/367, 16B/368, 16B/369, 16B/370, 16B/371 and 16B/372 for the registration of transmission from Zoltan Shardy to Alphonsus Joseph Simes, lodged under B. 828620.2.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
