44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title 38C/247 for the registration of a partial discharge of mortgage A. 453947.4 from Barry Ian Anderson and Shelley Dale Sweet to Westpac Banking Corporation, a surrender of lease A. 190387.2 from Barry Ian Anderson, Shelley Dale Sweet and Nigel Bruce Jamieson to Barry Ian Anderson and Shelley Dale Sweet, a transfer to Barry Ian Anderson and Shelley Dale Sweet, a transfer to Nigel Bruce Jamieson, a certificate under section 224 of the Resource Management Act 1991, a resolution under section 243 of the Resource Management Act 1991 and a certificate under section 321 of the Local Government Act 1974, lodged under 5034789, Land Registration District of Canterbury.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
