I hereby give notice that the under-mentioned persons have applied, under the Land Transfer Act 1952, for noting of a notice of re-entry and recovery of possession of a lease.
The re-entry will be registered accordingly unless notice from a person interested under the lease is lodged with the Land Information New Zealand Office at Hamilton before the 6th day of June 2001 disputing the re-entry of the said lease.
Notice B. 654209 of re-entry of lease H. 773230.2 from Gregory Lloyd Samson and Rosemarie Anne Samson in respect of the land containing 2617 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 36273 and being part Allotment 119, Parish of Te Papa, comprised in certificate of title Volume 40C, folio 167.
