44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the outstanding duplicate of certificates of title 44D/93 and 31K/1142 for the registration of a partial discharge of mortgage A. 7747.3 from Cynthia Joan Mee and Andrew George McDaniel to The National Bank of New Zealand Limited, a certificate under section 224 of the Resource Management Act 1991 by Waimakariri District Council and an order for new certificates of title for Lots
1 and 2, D.P. 83144, lodged under 5027218, land registration district of Canterbury.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
