44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of lease H. 406392.1 for the registration of a surrender of the said lease from Bruce Gregg Grinlinton as lessee to Bruce Gregg Grinlinton and Stuart James Smith and Carol Margaret Smith as lessors lodged under B. 650389.1.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
