Notice is hereby given that a new certificate of title will be issued in the names of the applicants for the parcel of land hereinafter described, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, unless a caveat is lodged by any person having an interest in the land upon the expiration of 1 month from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice:

Applicants: John Kevin Bellamy and Janine Gayle Bellamy, farmers, both of Ruawai, and Kim Carson Allen, chartered accountant, of Dargaville.
Description of Land: 2.9625 hectares, more or less, being part Section 65 of Block XVI of Tokatoka Survey District and being the balance of the land contained in certificate of title 602/69 (North Auckland Region).
