44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of agreement for sale and purchase 1030/25 for the registration of transfer B. 822451.2 from Her Majesty the Queen to Thomas Eru and Elizabeth Eru, lodged under B. 822451.1.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
