44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of lease 141103.2 for the registration of surrender of lease B. 821668.3 from Susan Marie Ewart to Susan Marie Ewart and Vanya Sheryl-Marie Schoeler lodged under B. 821668.2.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
