Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Chief Executive of the Waitakere City Council hereby declares that the part of a recreation reserve described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby exchanged for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
