Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto and a right of way easement as described in the Second Schedule hereto over the land in the Third Schedule to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule, are hereby acquired for the purpose of sanitary works and vested in the Manawatu District Council, and the right of way easement over the land in the Fourth Schedule hereto, created by
New Zealand Gazette, 1979, page 1964 and registered as GN. 280585, is relinquished on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
