Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Far North District Council on 22 June 2000:
"In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Far North District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the Council in fee simple and described in the First Schedule be declared to be a local purpose (community building) reserve, and described in the Second Schedule be declared to be a recreation reserve."

S.O. Plan 70186, together with easements created on C. 218601.5 and C. 644752.3 (part certificate of title 80B/622).
Second Schedule
3.1770 hectares, more or less, being Section 2, S.O. 70186, together with easements created on C. 218601.5 and C. 644752.3, and subject to transfer C. 218601.4 granting a storm water easement over part shown marked "A" on S.O. Plan 70186 (part certificate of title 80B/622).
