Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation changes the classification of that part of
the reserve described in the Schedule from a local purpose (community buildings) reserve to a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.

8093 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 67978, situated in Block VII, Wairoa Survey District, all certificate of title 47A/284.
