Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 31 July 1997, acquiring easements, published
in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 August 1997, No. 83, page 2023, by substituting the area
"9088 m2"
in the Second Schedule with the area
"105 m2".
