Pursuant to section 26 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the recreation reserve described in the Schedule be vested in the Invercargill City Council.

0.4047 hectares, more or less, being part Section 22,
Block 1, Invercargill Hundred (recreation reserve).
