Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto as reserve as specified at the end of the respective descriptions, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Gore District Council in such a manner, at such a price, and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine.

2168 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, Block IV, Deposited Plan 1237, certificate of title 96/186 (recreation reserve).
