Waikato Region
Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice and held by the Crown for soil conservation and river control purposes is hereby vested in the Waikato Regional Council for the same purposes.
