Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council hereby amends the notice dated 31 August 2001, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 September 2001, No. 132, page 3405, by deleting the Schedule and substituting it with the following:
