A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for road and to be vested in
the Crown on the 14th day after the date of publication of this proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

4.1227 hectares, being Lot 6, D.P. 61445 and part Section 9, Block III, Waiwera Survey District, being all certificate of title 24C/489.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 29th day of November 2000.
