Whangarei District
Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (3) (a) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), declares that:
(a) The area described in the First Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 135D/446, subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948.
(b) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 135D/447, subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948, consent notice D. 638445.2 and encumbrance D. 638445.4.
