Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for water supply purposes and shall remain vested in the New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

90.5155 hectares, being Allotment 4, D.P. 4414 and being part Sections 53, 54, 55 and 161 on the public maps of Hua and Waiwakaiho District, being all of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 108, folio 173.
