Pursuant to section 338 (5) (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the persons for whose use and benefit the land described in the Schedule hereto has been set apart as a Maori reservation by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 43, page 1119, 25 May 1972, is hereby redefined as being the turangawaeware o Ngati Kopaki, Ngati Te Ara i raro i te marara o Hineamaru.
