A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981 and the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960, I, The Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for waste water treatment purposes and to be vested in Watercare Services Limited on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.
