Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired and, pursuant to section 345 (3) of the Local Government Act 1974, vested in Waimakiriri District Council as an Esplanade Reserve.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (7), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in Waimakiriri District Council as an esplanade reserve on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
