Tauranga District
Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and is vested the Tauranga District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.

837 square metres, being part Lot 19, D.P. S. 58591; shown as "Section 2" on S.O. Plan 61782, being part of the land contained in certificate of title No. 48D/17.
