Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Manukau City Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) (a) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road firstly described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 31D/202, subject to mortgage D. 492753.1, and further declares the land secondly described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 44C/246, subject to mortgage D. 492753.1.
