Pursuant to section 338 (5) (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the class of persons for whose use or benefit
the Maori reservation was set apart at New Zealand Gazette, 21 August 1986, No. 130, page 3537; New Zealand
Gazette, 1 June 1989, No. 94, page 2170 and corrigendum at New Zealand Gazette, 13 July 1989, No. 120, page 3016,
are hereby redefined and the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of Ngai Tama Tuhirae Hapu.
