Pursuant to section 5A of the Educational Lands Act 1949, and pursuant to authority delegated to me, I, Paul Dickson Burke, Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

1. The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for educational purposes.
2. This notice shall come into force on 11 October 2001.

All that piece of land comprising 1.2563 hectares, more or less (more particularly shown on survey plan No. 40575, held in Land Information New Zealand), being Lots 1 and
2, D.P. 30892, part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 23173 and part
Lot 3, D.P. 30892, situated in Block VI, Kaihu Survey District and being part of the land described in certificate of title 793/227, New Zealand Gazette, 1958, page 171 and New Zealand Gazette, 1974, page 2145 (G.N. 294192.1).
