Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for education purposes.

7.3525 hectares, more or less, being Lots 13 to 19, D.P. 3881, part Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 2244, and part Section 21, Hutt District, being all the land in D.P. 4538, and being balance of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 269, folio 3.
