Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Chief Executive of the Waitakere City Council hereby declares that the following resolution was passed by the Waitakere City Council on
29 August 2001:
"That upon completion of the road closure, that Section 2, S.O. Plan 70577, be declared under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, to be a reserve held for recreation purposes."
