Road Realignment-Raynes Road, Rukuhia, Waipa District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Waipa District Council.
(b) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Waipa District Council.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 47D/726, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 438988.2.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 27D/837.
(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 57A/510, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 273887.
(f) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 47D/726, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 438988.2.
(g) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Seventh Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 27D/837.
(h) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Eighth Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 57A/510, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 273887.
