Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
(a) The portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 47A/683, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 155522.2.
(b) The portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 71D/367.
(c) The portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 1487, folio 49, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 272196.2.
(d) The portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 33A/554.
