In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Thames-Coromandel District Council notifies the following resolution was passed by council on 26 August 1998:
"That under section 14 of the Reserves Act, the
Thames-Coromandel District Council resolves to
declare that land held in fee simple by council and described in the following Schedule, be declared local purpose (community use) reserve."
