Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that affect having been entered into:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for plantation reserve purposes and
shall vest in the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) A right of way easement appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule upon the terms and conditions described in the Third Schedule on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
