Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for defence purposes (housing) and to remain vested in the Crown, subject to water rights created in and by Deed No. 208097 (R. 186/63).
