Mercer-Long Swamp, Franklin District
Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart for segregation strip; and
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to be
set apart for the realignment of State Highway No. 1, Mercer-Long Swamp section;
and shall remain vested in the Crown.
