Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the notice dated 23 August 1968, absolutely prohibiting the erection, placing or extension of any buildings to be used or adapted for human habitation and limiting the use of land to farming purposes, subject to conditions and restrictions, within a designated area adjacent to the Wigram Aerodrome, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 September 1968, No. 59, page 1651.
