Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 10A/766 (Nelson Registry), subject to memoranda of mortgages 380004.4 and 380004.5.
