Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
(a) The area of land firstly described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for use in connection with a road together with the right of way created by Deed 91355 (RD.702) and shall remain vested in the Crown.
(b) The area of land secondly described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for use in connection with a road excluding the coal and other minerals remaining in certificates of title 539/236 and 539/240.
